McNeil Homes for Sale
McNeil is one of central Las Vegas’ best-known vintage residential neighborhoods, with homes dating from the late 1940s through the 1960s. Rather than a single subdivision, the area commonly known as McNeil includes McNeil Tract, McNeil Estates, McNeil Manor, McNeil Park and Mason Manor, along with custom homes that were built outside the individual tracts. The neighborhood features predominantly single-story ranch homes, along with Mid-Century Modern and Desert Modern designs and a smaller number of two-story homes.
Located just west of Downtown Las Vegas, McNeil is generally bounded by Charleston Boulevard to the north, Oakey Boulevard to the south, Rancho Drive to the east and Cashman Drive to the west. Many of its streets carry the names of people connected to early Las Vegas history and civic life. McNeil’s established streets, large lots and variety of vintage architecture continue to make it one of the distinctive older residential areas of central Las Vegas.
