“Rancho Nevada” is one of the 5 Guard Gated Neighborhoods of Vintage Las Vegas. The entry is on Campbell Avenue just north of Alta Drive.
Rancho Nevada is a stunning cluster of 165 homes on 1/2 acre or larger lots. Most of them are inside the gates, but the homes along the north side of Alta Drive are part of the neighborhood, but outside of the gates.
The large lots, mature full sized trees, lawns and lack of sidewalks gives the impression of the mature neighborhoods so common in the New England states. Most people, once they’re past the gates find it hard to believe they are actually in Las Vegas.
There’s a great mix of large ranch style homes (often referred to as “Ramblers”) as well as A-Frame and Desert Modern. Below are the homes currently listed for sale. Rancho Nevada is one of the pricier areas of Vintage Las Vegas. Prices generally range from $500,00 to over a million.
