Spanish Oaks Homes for Sale

Spanish Oaks is a historic, guard-gated Las Vegas neighborhood developed by Collins Brothers Development beginning in 1975, with most of its approximately 383 homes built from the mid-1970s through the early 1980s. Set on roughly 127 acres just west of the Las Vegas Strip, Spanish Oaks is distinguished by its mature tree-lined streets, green spaces and unusually varied homes. Original Collins Brothers advertising promoted one- and two-story floor plans that buyers could customize, along with landscaped greenbelts, swimming pools, bicycle paths and tennis courts. Long before Las Vegas’ large master-planned communities became commonplace, Spanish Oaks offered a private, amenity-rich residential environment that remains distinctive today.

Spanish Oaks also has its share of Las Vegas history. B.B. King, Colonel Tom Parker and a young Mike Tyson are among the notable people who have called the neighborhood home. Very Vintage Vegas broker Jack LeVine has extensive experience in Spanish Oaks, averaging two to three home sales and listings in the community each year.
