Worst MLS Photo Of The Day
I think this is the ultimate example of what we call a “drive by shooting” of a property. It’s the only picture on the MLS for whatever property this actually is.
I guess the point is that there’s plenty of room for parking or for your very own bus stop.
(it might be the seller, might be a neighbor getting his mail, or a burgler, or a jogger or a ……. AND even worse, he’s wearing white after Labor Day! The HORROR!)
The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURES AT ALL!
