Worst MLS Photo Of The Day – What’s A Fixture And What’s Personal Property

There’s a huge debate in the real estate industry as to whether shower curtains, (even plain ordinary ones) should convey with home. Our contracts say curtains are fixtures, but it doesn’t specifically say “shower curtains”. Ambiguity is the devil’s work. There was a deal on this home but it fell apart at the walk-thru because the seller took the shower curtain, even though it was never disclosed that it was “excluded”. Oh well!

The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURE AT ALL!
