Worst MLS Photo Of The Day –

From our “clutter” folder, we find a whole bunch of things wrong with this picture. I assume the goal was to show the slate floors and the fireplace. A slightly different angle, a zoom in on the fireplace with some of the slate in the foreground could have worked better. Instead our eye is either drawn to to the cluttered desk, or to the blinding glare from the slider. I at first thought the fireplace was a television. I imagine the home buying public isn’t giving this home it’s proper due.

The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURE AT ALL!
