People’s stuff isn’t very important when it comes to selling a home. Sure a well furnished, clean, and properly staged home will sell faster than a cluttered, dirty home, but the actual furnishings or belongings of the seller should not be the focus of the picture.

Is this a big room? Or a small one? Is it even a bedroom for that matter? Is the treadmill the bonus giveaway?

And why aren’t there clothes hanging all over it as they are on every other treadmill in America?
