Yesterday I pulled a picture out of the “Trash Cans” folder. Today I went thru the “Cars” folder and found this one. Actually it could be in a 3rd folder, too. I call that one “wrong time of day”. I’m guessing this home faces east, and the picture was taken in the late afternoon. A morning shot, without trash cans, and with the cars all moved out of the way might have shown some better features of the home, and created a little “curb appeal”.
Does this picture cause a buyer or agent to think “This one looks nice, let’s flag it as a maybe!”?
The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURES AT ALL!
