Worst MLS Photo Of The Day – Avoid Holiday Decor

Last April or May, I saw an MLS picture of a home that was still for sale. It had the christmas tree and all the holiday decorations in it still. This one from Halloween isn’t quite that bad, but it does make the point.

Besides that it’s just picture of a table and mismatched chairs, it does make the point that the property has been on the market for a while. Time stamped photos are also a no no, by the way, for the same reason.

The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURES AT ALL!
