Worst MLS Photo Of The Day – Yes, We Have No Bananas

A California buyer over the weekend told me that you NEVER see cluttered, unstaged, dirty homes for sale in California. I don’t know if that’s true from personal experience, but 8 of the 10 homes we looked at were not in showing condition.

They were so easily turned off by the condition of the houses, and just weren’t able to see beyond the dirt and and clutter. We went to see this home, and the bananas have turned black but are still there! 

One of my resolutions for this year is to be much more vocal when giving feedback to other agents.

The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURES AT ALL!
