Ornamental Concrete Block Designs Used In Mid Century Modern Las Vegas Homes – Pattern # 7

Yesterday’s flower/butterfly design was a square block holding all 4 petals/wings. Today’s is a rectanular half pattern variation.

I’ve never found it where the blocks are stacked straight up and down. I’ve always found it used in a staggered fashion as seen in these examples.

If you focus on one spot, you get the butterfly/flower pattern.

But focusing on the other junction of 2 of the blocks, the smiling ghost becomes the prevalent design.
