Jack LeVine has spent decades championing the homes, neighborhoods, and architecture that tell the story of Las Vegas.
As the first member and first board member of the Nevada Preservation Foundation, Jack brought to the organization a passion for preservation that began long before NPF was founded. That passion has also shaped his career as owner-broker of Very Vintage Vegas Realty, where he has specialized in Las Vegas’ historic and mid-century neighborhoods and advocated for preserving the character that makes them unique.
Jack founded the Southridge Neighborhood Association in 2001, an organization that later led to the creation of the Beverly Green Neighborhood Association. He was also a founding member of the 2007 “Save the Huntridge” coalition, working with other preservation advocates to bring attention to one of Las Vegas’ most recognizable historic landmarks.
His commitment to preservation eventually led to his appointment to the City of Las Vegas Historic Preservation Commission, where he continues to serve the community and advocate for historically and architecturally significant places.
For Jack, preservation has never been simply about saving old buildings. It is about protecting the neighborhoods, stories, architecture, and sense of place that make Las Vegas home.
