We’re Going To Los Angeles
I’ll be in LA on Friday Saturday and Sunday. I’ll probably be recovering on Monday.
Today and Tomorrow are already set aside for panic and stress.
My mother, Rita, will be 80 at the end of the month. She’s really proud of it, and her birthday present is a trip to Los Angeles to visit friends that she misses dearly. My brother Joe and I are doing the driving and the schlepping.
So until Tuesday, I’ll post what I can, but there’s so much to do before I leave, that I’m not sure I can keep up the normal level of blogging that I do. There’s the Huntridge Presentation tonight, the LBA monthly lunch in a few minutes, Steve’s Birthday party and the planning commission meeting Thursday night, and about 80 hours of other stuff I have to get done before I leave. How much can I do in the remaining 45 hours?
The trip is about my mother, but if I can get away, I want to go to the LA NEON Museum, and stick at least one toe into the ocean. Other than that, I’ll probably be driving thru neighborhoods looking at interesting and vintage homes. I may be able to sneak a post or two in, but probably not.
Anyway, most real estate agents who blog put something up about every 3 or 4 days. If I haven’t spoiled you all completely, then you’ll be forgiving if I actually get a few days off!
