This one will absolutely have to be a contender for the “worst of the year”.

The trash can looks salvagable.

The only thing worse than a bad picture is NO PICTURES AT ALL! (And NOT PUTTING THEM IN THE MLS UNTIL THE LISTING AGENT ALREADY HAS A BUYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
