Don’t forget to bring home some milk!
This is a brand new bank owned listing on 6th Street. I’ve know this home for years. I watched it get all “summerlinized”(c) a few years ago. I watched it get caught up in a huge loan fraud scandal. I watched it get abused by the first tenants who were in it after the remodel. I watched it go thru another succession of tenants.
Now it’s for sale again for 179,900. Cash or Conventional ONLY. It can’t be shown until June 1st. If you’re into Tuscan, granite and elaborite bathrooms, etc, it’s certainly one to keep in mind. And did I mention it’s on 6th Street?

The listing agents seem to be starting to get it. I didn’t find many bad pictures this week at all!
The best I could do for “Monday is Laundry Day†is a single basket of dirty clothes. If the basket matched the color scheme of the room, I probably wouldn’t even have noticed it.

I skipped Tuesday, but you got 4 of them on Monday, so I’m not feeling guilty.
I think that being 2 steps further into the bathroom might have made for a better picture.
Closing the toilet would have helped, as well.

It’s a first! We get sideways bathrooms all the time. This is the first time I’ve EVER encountered a sideways house as the lead picture.

Jack, That’s great! Too funny! Thanks for posting and the recognition. Yes, after yesterday’s laughs we’ve been finding more. Unbelievable. In fact, I couldn’t stand it anymore and called the agent on that house with the people in it and told him he was kinda being laughed at. He said, “Well Kit, those houses are by appointment only. Those aren’t for buyers! Those are for Investors.” I understand what he was trying to say but all we kept hearing was a mocking twist on the Trix cereal commercials….“Silly Agent, those houses aren’t for buyers!…….” It was pretty funny.
